Returns for Change of Mind

We accept returns only for products that are *unused, unopened, and in their original packaging*, with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, *returns cannot be accepted once a product has been opened, used, or is no longer in its original condition*.

If your return request meets the above conditions, please contact our customer support within the applicable return window with your order details. Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to your original mode of payment in accordance with our refund policy.

Returns for Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, as applicable.
Please do not use the product if you believe it is damaged or defective, as this may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
